Integrated team model is applied to improve the performance of the team over given criteria like coordination, communication improvement and conflict resolution. In the selected article by Galli and Kaviani (2018), an empirical study was conducted in Navy Missile Requirements Engineering (NMRE) to see the efficacy of the team integration model applied.
The study focuses mainly over the points such as coordination improvement, leadership style that is used in the organization as well as the communication methods that are applied. NMRE is responsible to conduct the missile operations and assess the requirements of the military in fields. A consistent research takes place within the organization, making the concept of leadership and efficacy of the team model applied important in the context of the study.
