As the decision maker of the company there are certain things that I have to take into account considering the approach of the organization towards the society as well as the people residing in the society. The organizations deals with certain ethical dilemmas in their span whether it is from the society or their work environment. The case deals with certain ethical issues and dilemmas which is faced by the organization in the meantime at several steps. The organizations inducing their business in the present world need to make the coordination with the growth and enhancement of the business to the societal approach of the business. The organizations face ethical and social issues at several instances whether it is at the financial level or the human resource level. The corporate governance followed by the company is also examined from an ethical perspective. Every company operating in the market has their own approach towards following the corporate social responsibility as well as the ethical issues. It completely depends upon the decision maker what are the possible ethical consideration they want their organization to follow as well as what kind of corporate social responsibility they need to initiate for their organization in order to increase its brand value.

Considering the ethical dilemma in this case one of the major potential ethical dilemma for the organization would be offering a client a worse product for own profit. There are certain approaches adopted as per the ethics
Utilitarianism Approach- in this case the utilitarian approach considers the happiness of the person and considers the fact that the happiness of the person matters above the all. In the following situation the happiness is preferable for the owner point of view as they are selling the bad product and gain profit but for the customers it is a severe condition of loss and fraud as they are being cheated by the owner.
Universalism approach- the universalism approach considers the fact that prioritize the loyalty and concern for others without the regard to national or other allegiances. The universalism approach keeps the loyalty and concern towards the people as the prime factor. In this case it is observed that there is a severe breach of the loyalty as well as the concern towards the customer. As the organization is seeking only their own profit. This approach did not fit with the steps organized and taken by the organization on the immense level (Purshouse et al, 2018).
Virtue ethics- the virtue ethics considers primarily the honesty and the morality of the person. The ethics deals with the vale that practicing the good habits like the honesty and the generosity formulates a moral as well as virtuous person. Virtue ethics is the prime concern that guides the people in certain circumstances where they get indulged in some complex ethical issues. In this case virtue ethics is certainly not followed as no honesty is portrayed from the company side, which is an utter fact of shame. The organization did not tend to seek any kind of ethical consideration in their decision which was quite unacceptable.
Justice- Justice is the utter fact which proclaims that a behavior or an approach should be equal for all on all the fronts and on every context. Justice means a decision which is fair for all not any kind of biasness or hidden context should be practiced. In this case it is primarily observed that justice is not served clearly to the customers as unfair practices were carried considering them. Justice is the last concern of the ethical views as if justice is not served at the end the ethics implied is useless. As the ethics is formulated to treat everyone equally (Felipe, Roldán and Leal-Rodríguez, 2017).
As the case considers the fact that was replicated as a very unethical work. The act adjourned by the organization is potential ethical dilemma as through any context one side is achieving and the other side is losing and that too with fraud not generally. As a decision maker of the company I could not let the things go the way they are as it is unethical as well as it will possess a negative impact on the reputation of the company. Considering the above ethical approaches it is the prime duty of the organization to serve the justice for everyone as well as provide the happiness to everyone related to the organization whether it is their customer or the employees. The end fact get concerned with the morality issue as serving the justice following the morality is the main approach that the company need to consider while making its decision.
