Introduction
It can be stated that speciality courts are basically specialized court sessions that offer a significant probation program for the individuals with substance and mental disorders. During the 1980s the special courts increased at an alarming rate. These courts are mainly designed for providing treatment rather than any kind of punishment. On the other hand, these courts consists of gun courts, drug courts, mental courts, juvenile courts or any kind of specialized groups, creating particular community-based program for rehabilitating the offenders.
