(A) Quiet quitting: It is true that quiet quitting is caused
by poor management. Based on the article, it can be said that, low pay, lack of opportunities for advancement, feeling disrespected at work, childcare issues, lack of flexible hours and not having good benefits can cause quiet quitting (Grey, 2022).
(B) A manager may face issue related to managing people and their expectations. So, a company should provide essential support to deal with such issues. For case, the company should provide sufficient funds, create a sense of purpose and listen employees.

(A) Types of trust: There are three types of trusts i.e., disposition-based: trust propensity, cognition-based: trustworthy, and affect-based trust. A disposition based trust should be emphasized in quiet quitting employees because such trust is based on mutual interpersonal care and emotional bonds (Grey, 2022).
(B) Justice Dimensions: There are the four justice dimensions, such as: distributive, procedural, interpersonal, and informational. All these uses in the different situation and for the different purposes.
