You are required to complete this essay as part of your grade for the course, but it will be graded as "complete/ incomplete." To receive a grade of "complete," write an essay of at leastfive paragraphs*that includes the following:

  • A title

  • An introduction

  • A thesis statement

  • At least three supporting paragraphs* that include detailed evidence

  • A conclusion

Prompt: please read"Laziness Does Not Exist"by Devon Price, which we will discuss later in the course. How do "they" (Price's preferred pronoun) re-define their students' so-called laziness? What would the new term to describe this quality—and its definition—be? And, if you choose, assess whether you agree or disagree with Price's assertions.

In addition to analyzing at least three specific quotations from Price's essay as support, you may include support for your ideas beyond the essay, including personal experience etc. (It is fine to use "I" in this essay.)

*An average paragraph is 4-6 sentences long.
