    A work environment must inculcate a positive vibe within the employees which will attract and encourage them to increase their work output. Maintaining a clean working environment is the most important aspect of any job sector as it can create both positive and negative experience. Discussing on such issue, the problems related to workplace must be mentioned. Some of the problems are lack of communication with the colleagues, unhealthy competition, rivalry, bias management, and harassments.
    I can remember about an experience of my cousin who works in a multinational company. Few years back, he was facing racism and discrimination in his working sector which broke him. He even wanted to quit his job as he was mentally broken.
