Introduction
In the police officers work there is significantly the trace of the problems that can be seen as the emerging popular approach for looking after the police misconduct and the achieving of the accountability. The early warning system is a system that has being used as the program to look after the police officers behaviours and the manner in which they are reacting and behaving. This kind of treatment is done often through the counselling and that is necessary to control the conduct of the police officers. In this article the discussion will be made with respect to the problems which are of major concern and the issues which are resulting into this kind of police behaviour. Further the proposed solutions will be suggested as to address the issues related to the problem and how the behaviour can be controlled.
Background
Police officers who have potential problems has now emerged as one of the most popular approach while holding the officers and the agencies accountable and reducing the officer’s misconduct. Alpert, McLean & Wolfe (2017) have discussed that the early warning system structure has a set up that will be helpful for the identification and the intervene with the officers who are showing certain problematic symptoms. It has been seen that at the end of the twentieth century, there is approximately 40 percent of the municipal and county law enforcements agencies that are looking after the number of people who are suffering from the early warning system and the agencies is planning to implement the care of the people suffering from this problem. Further discussed by Moore (2016) that the early warning system has basically three major components which are the identification of the officers whose behaviour appears to be a problematic.
