The Roman Empire was marked for its immensity, for which Augustus never wanted to expand it any more. Military was assigned to do the work of postal services. Commerce and industry thrived, and ships carried the goods efficaciously. Taken its inspiration from Greece, art and literature were elevated. Making Law code consumed tons of energy and time, which resulted in Western Modern Law impressively indebted to the Empire. Even law students of the first year take classes on Roman Empire.
