Business Case
In the near future, the International Gadgets R&D department will create a new product that they want to introduce to the company and the market. In order to get the company's support, the R&D department asked our group to develop a communication strategy to bring excitement to new products of the entire business. Organization cannot simply convey the same data or information about the latest product to all levels of business. Each level of a company has a different knowledge of a product, or unless the data is also composed in a format that suits every group, communication disruption will occur. Group will also concentrate on communication plans in the company's top areas or places. These teams include leadership, marketing, and sales, technical support, as well as the average number of employees. In order to successfully launch a new product, the following recommendations should be considered so that the communications team can send messages to each component.
