Gaps
About the analysis given above, it is found that the company River wood needs to take care of all of the issues to operate its business successfully (Riverwood.com.sg, 2018). The company is well planned in case of considering all of its present strengths by implicating all factors included in PESTLE. The gap that is seen in River wood is the management an utilisation of media that plays key role in promoting any brand and its product.
· The analysis of the company is exclusive of its present set of resources with all legal and moral obligations. But as expressed by Davcik and Sharma (2016, p.5548), the company is lacking in managing its media factor as this is an advantage for any company to promote its existence in the market.
· Media plays a dominant role in influencing the minds of customers through the use of penetration strategies.

As suggested by Trigeorgis and Reuer (2017, p.50), in case of instability, the company has sufficient knowledge, but it is not able to measure the effect of any uncertain change.
Volatility can be stated as the degree of variation of trading prices over time that is measured by standard deviation of logarithmic returns. The concept of volatility is gaining new relevance to the characterizing the current environment (Forbes.com, 2018). The company River wood facing such uncertainty must get ready with new sources of external knowledge about the predictions (Riverwood.com.sg, 2018). There are several uncertain cases faced by a logistic company that involves transportation issues and certain cancellation of ordered products. According to the Strait Times, the response of Amazon is ‘due to great customer response, delivery is currently unavailable.’
· Complexity
This may include the complications in organisational structure and also in case of operation of several departments (Singh and Singh, 2016, p.78). The complexity and sky-high interest of the relationship of Riverwood with Amazon Prime leads to impose of pressure on the logistics partners. If Amazon stops accepting orders, the logistics partners would ensure the deliveries on time.
· Ambiguity
