The advisable points are two folded in this context. Management Advice At first, it is necessary to understand the trends of selling the sanitizing products at global level; the intensity of a sanitizer must be within the range of the approved norms of World Health Organization. Thus, the current product should have those basic components which are deemed necessary to ensure that it produces enough competency level to the existing international brands. Secondly, the advantageous properties towards selling the product must be added at present; in the absence of having prior strategic thinking of promoting products in the international market, it becomes quite challenging to expect that the product will perform well in accordance with the expectations of the company (Wild & Wild, 2015). Therefore; strategies of sales should be guided by the principles of convincing global consumers that this product is the best in the range in which, it has been produced. Soft Skills Required to Be Demonstrated in an International Environment There are four Cs of soft skills that managers require to have in order to perform in the international markets. The first of this category is related to the cultural sensibility; managers should have cultural competence at professional level as they have to deal with the diverse population in their work criteria (Wild & Wild, 2015). Secondly, they must have skills related to collaboration; modern business run over this philosophy that managers should be able to collaborate and to make good teams for promotions and sales of a particular product. Third one in this context is to adjust with complex situations and the last soft skill is to have capacity to encourage the employees. The managers should have that ability so that they can adjust with any working environment and at the same time, they should always encourage their team members through positive techniques. Importance of Marketing in Global Sales Strategy For today's firms, global marketing is critical. It's easy to forget how markets worked before the digital age and transportation innovations in an era where firms (big and small) can sell and send their products and services to consumers all over the world in a matter of days (Bak, Jordon & Midgley, 2019). After the overall business plan, savvy organizations recognize that a Sales and Marketing strategy is the next most critical. It defines how Sales and Marketing will coordinate their efforts to achieve the major business objectives, assisting in the success and future of the company. Role of Political, Legal, and Socioeconomic in the Success or Failure of the Venture The popularity of social entrepreneurship can be attributed to a variety of factors. At the most basic level, entrepreneurs and the tales of why and how they do what they do are intrinsically fascinating and intriguing (Okaro, Washington & Thomas, 2017). People are drawn to social entrepreneurs, for many of the same reasons they are drawn to business entrepreneurs like Steve Jobs: these extraordinary people come up with brilliant ideas and, against all odds, succeed in creating new products and services that dramatically improve people's lives.
