It was started by Jeff Bezos in the year 1995 as just a online book store where people could buy or rent books. In with exceptional business strategies and management tactics Jeff Bezos became the richest man in the world and runs the largest conglomerate in the world. Presently about a million of employees work directly or with contract with Amazon. He is one of the most successful leaders in our generation mainly because of his charisma to attract the audience by his immense interpersonal skills.
