It is very important for an individual communicator to maintain his credibility so that the audience listens to him effectively. Therefore, the formulation of the effective strategies is to be adhered to effectively which are provided as follows:
Be precise- Whenever you are communicating for the receiver to conceive anything you should always be precise. As opined by Cai et al., (2017) this precision also means that you are clear and concise and consistent. Being consistent will help in conferring the message adequately for receiver to conceive it. This will discard any kind of complexities in the understand and will effectively be conceived at the receivers’ end. The message if made overtly complex then it will be beyond your line manager or your employees comprehension. Then automatically the credibility will wither along the way and the message is in turn bound to go haywire.
