I hope you and your loved ones are still safe and healthy in these uncertain times we are living in. Regarding your response to this discussion forum, you did a really good job and I enjoyed reading what you have presented. I found the cases that our required textbook presented was interesting, to say the least. Regarding the Griggs vs Duke power co., was a really interesting read that I didn't know about until this discussion forum. According to Outtz (2010), assessments are normally challenged under the disparate impact theory of discrimination, however, it is possible to challenge an assessment under disparate treatment where the administration is conflicting or the examinees are selectively conducting the assessment. For instance, men are not required to take the test but women are, I found this to be very bias, what is your opinion? Again, you did a really good job with this discussion forum, and if all is well I will see you in the final discussion forum. Please stay as safe as you can!
