This course covered the grey literature for conducting quantitative research operations, and that was new to me.
Grey literature refers to the research that is already published in the articles, books or journals. It also signifies those research papers that have been published in the non-commercial form. In that context, it can be mentioned that the government reports, policy statements, legal issue papers and conference proceedings are noted as the part of grey literature. With grey literature within the research paper, researchers can perform their quantitative research operation with secure and developed formats (Garousi, Felderer & Mäntylä, 2019).
