It has been a considerable amount of time; I have been performing the role of a manager in organizations. In the course of the current assignment, I tried to assess my managerial level communication skills and took the online survey questions and their answers available at (MindTools, 2018). Firstly, my ability to resolve issues at the workplace, the importance given to others’ perspective and my reaction of others in understanding my views has been considered. The aspect personal ability and perspective of others, as stated by Dijk, van Emmerik and Grasman (2018), help to determine the perspective and its inclination towards ego-centralisms.
