I found this week resources about Diversity in the workplace very insightful and informative. The course shared with us different concerns that plagues the workplace today due to which they are unable to leverage the true potential of diversity. In my personal view, diversity and inclusion are two important pillars that can drive innovation for the company. Technically, diversity in the companies and organisations implies the inclusion of people based on their talent irrespective of backgrounds they hail from. In this fast-paced VUCA world, if any business wants to survive the test of time and thrive in future then it very important to harnesses diversity in the workplace.
