This assignment deals with the various things in the organization. In an organization, there are various things that need to be dealt with the advent of technology. This assignment would help to discuss certain cultures that the organization follows with the trend of technology.
Role of Organizational Culture in Technological Adoption
The organization culture, largely, refers to its people. The culture of the organization is built with the background that the employees come from. In an organization, the employees come from various cultural backgrounds (Brown, Andersson & Jo, 2016). The cultural background might differ from each other in the organization. However, while working together the culture becomes mixed and the employees start to work in collaboration with others. There is a certain force of work that determines the culture of the organization as a whole.
Therefore, the whole culture of the organization is one. The culture of the organization plays a great role in the adoption of technology. The technology is changing every day. There are new innovations and inventions every day. These kinds of changes are taking place every minute of the day. Every organization in the economy needs to adapt to those active changes in technology. If an organization does not adapt to the changes of the technology, the organization would not be able to perform its best in the market (Jaskyte, 2020). Today, everything is about technology.
All the customers want technological advancements in their goods and services. Therefore, if an organization wants to make profits, the organization must adopt the technological changes in its operational areas. However, the culture of the organization plays a vital role in the adaption of the technology. As discussed earlier, the technology is changing every day. Therefore, the culture of the organization needs to be very open minded.
Technological advancements are of various kinds. Technological advancement can sometimes be against the religious or cultural beliefs of the individuals. Therefore, each employee and the staff of the organization needs to be open minded enough to adopt the technological changes irrespective of their beliefs. The culture of the organization should be flexible. A rigid and strict culture would not be able to undergo the changes. If the culture of the organization does not adopt the technological changes, the organization would not be able to make profits in the business. The organizational culture also needs to have patience. The impatient nature of the organizational culture can restrict it from adoption of the transitional technology.
Use of Emerging Technology in Human Service Leadership Practices
Human service leadership refers to the help or the aid that the leaders extend in the social work. The leadership that helps to come to forward a work for the underprivileged people in the society. The human leadership is a very complicated work. Since the human services leadership deals with the underprivileged people, hence, they have to deal with a number of people at large. The number is huge. Therefore, it includes huge workforce, time and hard work.
The mission of human service leaders is to have a strong impact on society with their work. The work of the human service leadership is massive and immensely complicated. Therefore, the leaders need to adopt various kinds of techniques in relation to the management and the technology. Technology is emerging every day. As discussed earlier, there is no stop of the emerging technologies.
