Create an organisational development plan. The research plan should target one of the four types of organizational culture, having in mind: • Ways of learning the culture by employees • The impact of your organizational culture on the long term strategy • Which organizational culture fits the best and why? • The implementation steps: a) Identify the change b) Determine the impacts in your organization and towards employees. Who will be affected and how? c) Develop a communication strategy. How would you implement it (through stories, rituals, cultutal/material symbols, language,etc)? d) How the implementation would take effect? (provide training, different activities, etc?) e) Evaluate the change: would your organisational development plan take effect immediately or in several steps over a certain period of time? f) How would you maintain the change, so that it would become part of your organisation´s culture? Results should strive towards generating solutions and improvements.
