Hotel BXY have numerous locations in every corner of the country and has a large client platform including the government. Our hotel rated number one in the nation. The hotel prides itself for excellent customer support on which we have won numerous awards. We as a company would not be doing our due diligence if we did not address this matter with our clientele. Crisis Description Including Stages of Crisis In the last week it has be brought out attention that due us switching to a new data management system which houses very important information on our clientele has been faulty. The hotel along with our information tech support team is setting up a new application to counter act the faulty application. This process will take up to 48 hours to complete, rest assured that all data will be retrieved and a safer fire wall will be installed so that this does happen again. We have done a press conference and sent out the proper litutture to make our customers aware of the situation and that it is being corrected. At this time none of our client data has been compromised. The faulty application removed by our technicians and the move to the new application showed successful. This triggered a major crisis for hotel clientele, which led to a nationwide demonstration that triggered the media. The crisis caused customers information not to populate into the new system leaving the clients information vunerable for exposure. Our hotel has attracted many businessmen, and this crisis situation may affect the country’s economic system because many of them are unable to trade. The federal government is also one of the important customers of the hotel, and since most of its data is organized by our special data team, it cannot be implemented like a regular hotel. This press conference is being held at a very delicate moment. We do not want to set our clients into a panic. Since this crisis, the hotel’s stock purchase has been in a crisis - this situation has affected all the most important areas of our business. The country’s media is full of news on this issue, and software vendors strongly refuse to acknowledge the news and publish their arguments that are entirely responsible for the crisis circumstances. Relationship with Media Media conferences will be managed in a proficient way. All media families such as televisions and channels will be welcome to attend therefore that the banks can inform the community what really happened. The media conference will surely be held at bank's board meeting because of its large scale, and the conference function can accommodate the national media. Since this crisis, global media houses will also be welcomed - the situation has also attracted worldwide attention. The financial institution should develop a development plan to open other departments in the nearby countries (Oscarsson & Danielsson, 2017). Therefore, it is very important to require international media to participate in media conferences. As the general manager himself will sign, the advertising department will be responsible for creating the media statement and evaluating it with the general manager's office. Popular media houses will be required to send their concerns ahead of time so that the spokesperson can be prepared and aware of the actual issues that will be asked. Management Start and Finish of the Conference The ad manager will handle the start and finish of the meeting. Since he is the head of the financial institution, the specific spokesperson will be the co-manager of the financial institution. The normal manager of a financial institution is a well-known person, so he can assure the bank's customers that the crisis is under management. The spokesperson will serve as the ambassador of the bank. He will be able to solve all the issues that need to be addressed and elaborate on the crisis situation. Spokesman's statement The following is an argument that the speaker will put forward: “We have a well-recognized and well-recognized client; please allow me to express my honest regret to all of you because of the distractions that have been caused on Wednesday for the past 7 days. I will manage this function separately and ensure that all functions of the hotel’s data can continue to execute within the stipulated 48 hours.
