Introduction
Fibonacci sequence is a mathematical formula in which when we add any two numbers present in a sequence, we get the next number present in the series (Lamb, 2019). The series is like: 0,1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34 …etc. The equation symbolizing Fibonacci Series is Xn+2= Xn+1 +Xn.
Fibonacci sequence appears in nature while representing naturally occurring patterns. For example the seed array in sunflower appears as spiral pattern that is curving right and left. Total of these spirals when counted comes out to as a Fibonacci value. When the spirals are divided into two parts: facing right and left, we can find two consecutive Fibonacci Numbers of the series. Similarly the cauliflower, pineapples and pinecones also exhibit the Fibonacci Series. Fibonacci numbers can also be deciphered in examples like: growth points in the tree branches, the number of petals in flowers, family tree of honeybee colony and the human body parts.
