Assessing the organizational culture is an important aspect where if it is one through internal analysis, then there are detailed risks prevailing, as indicated by Thokozani and Maseko (2017). First, the analysis might not be correct and the second one is that receiving feedback regarding their own culture can be difficult. If future decisions and recommendations are made based on the incorrect analysis, rectifications cannot be made.
The downspout regarding their own culture might not be appropriate because unless the internal members are not psychologically ready to know about their one restraint and dark sides, then cultural truths cannot be accepted by them. In this case, their delusion might be destroyed, which may lead to problems. As informed by Domnisoru, Ogarca and Dragomir (2017), there can also be various groups, who will require the change and, based on that, take steps, but there will be other groups who may not want the same, which may give rise to conflicts.
