Focusing on the retail organisation (only use one of these: Woolworths, TFG, Mr Price or Pick n Pay) sector. The retail business must be a South African medium to large profit-driven organisations. It may have international exposure but should have originated and still have their head-office in South Africa.
• No government, non-profit or academic institutions will be considered applicable for application.
• Small businesses are therefore not suitable for this presentation.
• The organisations used for examples must have at least three management levels and more than 50 full-time employees.
Question to be answered:
Investigate, appraise, and debate suitable leadership required to facilitate a successful change management intervention in an organisation, considering among other the relevant leadership type/s, its meaning, role, and value.

Evaluation of the assignment will be based on the following criteria:
1. Introduction and background provided on literature, organisation and theme - 10
2. Applicable literature discussed & correct interpretation of literature - 30
3. Appropriate use of appropriate organisation in allocated business sector and application of change scenario/s - 30
4. Creativity in writing and effective writing skills - 20
5. Providing a valid conclusion of learning on themes presented - 10
