You will first write a script, including quality responses that address all of the following questions and integrate information from the readings and videos with your own personal experiences. Discuss four effective and ineffective characteristics of team behaviors. Describes four ways in which this team worked together? What three suggestions do you have for the team to engage in professionalism? Discuss some of the ways the team members did or did not treat one another in a professional manner. If you were in this situation, how would you conduct yourself in a professional manner? What strategies do you have for promoting professionalism in teams? Explain a time when you worked in a group that faced challenges with members not demonstrating mutual respect toward others. If you had the opportunity to work with the group, what suggestions would you offer to promote professional communication and respect among team members? Create an audio recording of your script. Professionalism is extremely important at meetings, whether it is a meeting in big companies or small companie
s. Every team member is thus expected to demonstrate it, regardless of their position. Teams can exhibit effective as well as ineffective behaviours when it comes to meetings. When teams understand their goals well, this can be considered an effective behaviour while when teams do not have a good understanding of their goals it can be considered an ineffective behaviour. Participation and discussion in meetings is another effective team behaviour. Ineffective behaviour comprises of only a few people dominating discussions. Effective listening is another effective team behaviour while ineffective listening and ignoring or ridiculing others ideas is ineffective team behaviour. Effective behaviour comprises of accepting disagreement and difference of opinions without getting into conflict. Ineffective behaviour is to take disagreements personally and make it a cause for conflict.
