1.2 Purpose of Report
By the virtue of this report I have done an extensive analysis to present a report that showcases challenges and issues that emerges in global corporations that comprises of multi-cultural workforce. Furthermore, it also suggests ways in which cultural diversity could be effectively managed with the help pf various cultural diversity programs.
2.0 Literature Review
Culture could be explained as set of beliefs and shared values for a group of people with respect to the priorities, prospective and attitudes that generally outlines their behaviour to any stimulus received. Although identity with culture is not always lucid and acknowledged yet always present unconsciously in the actions and thought process.
