Some techniques that can be implemented to make sure one understands and receive communications properly are getting feedback from the receiver and the sender can use appropriate body language to help the sender understand the message. One barrier that has been hard for me is language. Individuals may become frustrated with one another because of lack of communication or misinterpretation. Each individual need to first learn how to become an effective communicator to handle situations properly.
For instance, if you send an email or text to the sender the message must be clear. The receiver can get a different message and interpret the decoding in a different way. This is where talking to someone over the phone or in person works a lot better when communicating becomes more expression able where one can see how the language barrier is being used. This is something that we must deal with and a way to socialize have become difficult and hard to implied what one means. Being able to maintain a pleasant and positive relationship in the work place can allow one to have confident at how to greatly express themselves.
A message may sometimes need to be heard in a different voice according to the importance of the topic for example If you are speaking something important then speak loudly than normal. Have the person be able to repeat the main point of the things you said to them. By being able to repeat the message given to them you both can hear the clarity of the message that is being put out.

In order for Interpersonal communication within the workplace to where certain communication techniques can be implemented; in order to make sure that the important messages are being received within a professional and within a correct manner, constructive criticism must be taking into affect. A barrier can be created between someone whom is sending the message in which that message needs to be sent; or from the receiver whom is receiving the message from the sender. This can cause several different problems between both parties; which could be a cause for concern, which could end up leading towards barriers being created.
For Interpersonal communication to work correctly; this can occur between two people or more, as well as between employees, social media, as well as from clients. Speaking clearly between parties within an interpersonal communication discussion; can help in making sure that there are very few if any, or not all any barriers which are present within a discussion.
Within my job as a detention officer for the county jail; close to where I live, communication is key especially when it comes down to watching and observing the inmates that come in and out of the jail system. Miscommunication; could make a difference between not doing our jobs correctly, or by getting hurt on the job or threated by an inmate or by inmates.
While I do use certain law enforcement codes within the jail system; all communication needs to be addressed whether communication is being used through different forms of communication such as by email, notes, or by using abbreviations in my notes or by my emails to coworkers. Communication in general needs to be taken into effect; not just at my job, but everywhere I go.
