e that even after the late start of the meeting and the constraint of time she conveyed her ideas and plans to all the group members properly and make the most out of that meeting. She conveyed her plans about the anniversary meeting with great enthusiasm and make everyone felt that their participation is genuinely matters for the success of this anniversary celebration. She sorts all sorts of dilemma of the group members regarding the timings of the meetings and how to attend them further. She gave them the ideas regarding how they all can arrange proper time from their busy schedule to attend the further meetings. She told all the group members to provide them the meeting schedule long before and also asked them to provide their schedule information up front to avoid all the unwanted jousting. She told everyone to contribute in the celebration with their full hearts. She mentioned the budget sanctioned by the company for this event to all the group’s members to fill them with more zeal and enthusiasm. The most important thing that she had done was dealing with her co-workers clearly and politely that makes everyone attentive and interested to participate in the asked work happily as suggested by Stangrecka et al 2021 [1].
