Leadership roles like CEO and senior executives are key pillars for any organisation. Essentially, they are the driver of the change and source of
direction that can contribute tremendously to the business. Primarily their role depends on exercising the influence as well as control within the organisation. Thus, offering a leadership role demands that candidate possess not only technical experience but also behavioural and leadership competencies.
