Introduction
With the globalization, the travelling of people from one to another nation has increased significantly. Everyone is trying to move to those places where there is the availability of many opportunities and thus people all around the world are moving towards United States for gaining opportunities. Therefore, the amalgamation of different cultures takes place and there arises the problem of communication. In this research dissertation, the analysis of the cross cultural and linguistic communication and challenge along with the impact over the testing will be discussed.
