Article 1
This article written by Hollenbeck and Jamieson (2015) of the Michigan State University discusses about the fact that human resource management has taken an attribute based approach which is different from the traditional approach. The outcomes of the human resource management are now based on the attributes of the individual and of the job. It is therefore becoming difficult day by day for the organisations to manage human resources with different attributes and ideologies. According to the authors of this article outcomes of the human resource management are also related to effective communication among team members, methods of the recruitment of employees and satisfaction of employees. It is being recommended in this article that social network analysis can be used to understand the diverse cultures and ideologies of the employees so that the human resources can be managed efficiently and effectively.

Both the authors of this article are experienced enough to talk about this topic.
