Unit 6 Assignment.html assignment details Assignment Introduction Assignment Instructions  An annotated bibliography organizes your research by way of APA citations and a short paragraph about each source. For this assignment, you will create an annotated bibliography for four sources related to an argument for change. One of the sources should help you to address a rival viewpoint or misconception related to your topic. Your instructor will provide insightful feedback on the sources you find so you can determine whether to use them in the Unit 8 Assignment, a persuasive research essay. Keeping track of the sources you have found to support your argument for change, assessing the credibility of those sources, and determining their value for supporting your argument will help you to write a more effective academic essay. An annotated bibliography allows you to do all of these things; it is essentially a references page with “annotations” for each source that summarize the main idea, assess the source’s credibility, and note the value of the source for your argument.  For the Unit 6 Assignment, you will prepare an annotated bibliography that includes four sources related to your idea for change. Please include the following: Title page in APA format Your revised thesis statement for an argument for change in your community Citations and annotations for four separate sources, which can be primary or secondary but should all be credible and appropriate for academic research One source that includes a visual or graphic component to help you prepare for the Unit 9 Assignment (the presentation) One source that addresses a rival hypothesis or misconception about your topic (NOTE: the source does not have to oppose your thesis; it just needs to help you address a rival perspective) Citations should be in APA format Annotations should include the following: 1–2 sentence summary of the source’s main idea, followed by an in-text citation, e.g. (Smith, 2014) Evaluation of the source’s credibility, including the author’s credentials and the verifiability of the source’s information; this should include where you found the source (Library, Google search engine, government website, etc.). Use the criteria covered in Evaluating Information to guide your evaluation.  Discussion about how you will use the source to support your argument for community change (this would include whether it poses a challenge to your argument that you will need to address). In this section, paraphrase a key point from the source that supports or challenges your thesis and include an in-text citation. NOTE: No separate references page is needed, but each annotation should have a complete reference citation in APA format.  Sources that would be appropriate to use are as follows: Book, ebook, article, or a chapter from book or ebook Periodical (e.g., newspaper, magazine, journal article) Internet source (e.g., blog, organization website, article from internet site) Video or audio source (e.g., documentary, video blog, TED Talk, podcast) A primary source in which the authors of the content are the primary researchers (the ones who conducted research), e.g., a government report, case study, or speech An interview with an expert source either published online or conducted by the student A visual or graphic source from a credible .org, .gov, or .edu site  The writing should be in Standard English Submit your Assignment to the Unit 6 Assignment Dropbox. One of the aspects that employees need to consider in their workplace is integrating employees with children mothers, in particular, focused at work. Work and life balance is a critical issue for productivity at work. Many employees with children struggle with and find it difficult to balance when there are no proper approaches. For this case, sight daycare and subsidy are among the strategies that employers can use to provide the work and life balance for employees with children. The focus of this paper is to explore and offer an insightful argument concerning the relevance of having sight daycare for employers at work for employees with children. Reasons why sight daycare is essential for employers with employees with children Employee loyalty and dependability to the organization is a crucial aspect concerning the productivity of the workers. In this case, employers can use one way to attract their workers' loyalty who have children and increase dependability to provide daycare on-site in their workplace for better performance. It is a refreshing approach as it reduces the conflicting thoughts such as stress and worry that workers have when they have their young children at home (Latura, 2020). A daycare at work is crucial as it gives the workers time to relax and concentrate at work while feeling comfortable that their children are under proper care. Another issue that makes having daycare at work for employees with children is to increase job satisfaction for the workers. Employees feel valued and develop a sense of belonging to an organization that can show concern with their family life. In this case, children are family members that matter a lot to employees, which means that if an organization can value and show love to them, they will feel valued. As a result, the outcome for such practice is that the employer can have a focused workforce that is not disturbed by family life (Stanczyk et al., 2019). Moreover, it is another way of attracting skilled workers from other organizations, making it possible for the organization to be competitive because of offering something that other companies may not see as vital. Furthermore, providing daycare opportunities in the workplace is another opportunity and technique that employers can use to reduce or prevent turnovers in the organization. Employees with children have difficult times, which means that they can leave their work to take care of their children if they have a better idea and option to care for their children. In this case, the organization is likely to lose a skilled workforce due to childcare issues, meaning providing daycare is one way to prevent losing such workers. It is also an opportunity for an employer to create a better work attitude for their employees when providing daycare for employees with children. Taking care of children is overwhelming and stressful, meaning that they have interference that can make them change their attitude towards work. For example, organizations that become too strict for employees with children concerning their time at work if they miss work or delay without offering daycare option is likely to attract a negative attitude for such workers (Adams & Gebrekristos, 2018). It is also an opportunity for the organization to increase its relationship with the community by providing a daycare opportunity. For this case, the company will have a chance to have a positive image of the community, which is fundamental in increasing its sustainability. However, employers that offer daycare opportunities for their workers with children need to be keen to ensure that the approach works better. It should not be a contributing factor for such workers since workers need to plan for their family life and separate their family life and working life. In some instances, having children in a daycare in the workplace can destruct the workers, especially if they think there is the mistreatment of their children in the daycare facility (Latura, 2020). Therefore, employers need to ensure that the setup doesn't have elements that can interfere with the workers' performance when having their children in daycare at work. In conclusion, considering the difficulties that employees with children go through as they try to balance the working life and family life gives the employers the guideline to set up a daycare for such workers in the organization. Its benefits outweigh the disadvantage, implying that both the worker and the employer will benefit from such an initiative. For instance, employers will enjoy having happy and productive working progress from workers that have children if they offer them daycare opportunities for their children. Many organizations overlook this approach as one of the ways of having a productive workforce. Family life such as caring for children is critical and can interfere with the performance of the workers if an organization doesn’t have ways to mitigate such issues. Introduction
Employers having day care
facilities in the workplace helps the employees to enhance their morale; reduce the attrition rate and acquire skilled professionals. But, for many companies delivering this facility can be difficult due to lack of space and cost (Lisa Magloff, 2021). In this discussion we will try to emphasise on how to implement the day care facilities in companies which can afford to do so for the benefit of their employees. If they are unable to provide such facilities, the companies must plan for subsidies for the employees so that they can take care of their children.
Analysis
In this analysis we will try to identify the ways in which the employers can implement the day care facilities for the employees’ children or subsidy provisions for the employees. As discussed earlier day care facilities can be costly for many companies where the employees are less and the capital deployed for operating the company is too small. But on the contrary, companies can save on other expenses, reduce absenteeism and employee turnover if they implement the day care facilities. This will encourage the employees to be less stressful at work and will help them to concentrate on their work rather than thinking of their children (Lisa Magloff, 2021).
On the other hand, employers can support the employees monetarily if they are unable to setup a day care facility for their employees. This can help the employees to reduce the burden of cost required to pay for the child care facility in her community. Along with this the employers can make a childcare savings account for the employees (Seamus Roddy, 2020). The two ways the employers can provide the childcare subsidy to its employees are (1) making a lumpsum payment directly to the employees from where the employees can spend based on the type of day care facility they can afford. (2) Employers can select few childcare centers where the employees if admits their children can get partial subsidy on sharing of such information with the employer....
