By now you have gathered enough information and insights to develop a strategic change intervention for your chosen company. This week, you will generate a proposal from your outline. Refine your plan into some concrete action items. Consider yourself a strategic business partner in constructing and implementing an organizational intervention. Think about how to present your plan in an effective way to stakeholders. Consider what changes, good and bad, might result from your change intervention plan? Do you anticipate resistance to change? You will share your change intervention proposal and these thoughts with your peers in the Week 5 Discussion

Your final deliverable will be a 10-12 slide presentation or PDF of the presentation stating your findings. The presentation will illustrate your change intervention plan from beginning to end and will feature text, colorful graphics, and complete speaker’s notes (150 words per slide minimum), all of which will serve to make the presentation informative and engaging.

The purpose of this report is to analyze the current situation of a Walmart company and to discuss the concept and all elements of an organizational change intervention and as a representative of reform.
The company we chose to conduct the study on was Walmart.
The main purpose of any of the proposed
organizational interventions is to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of the company and ultimately to increase its profitability.
Company Background
Wal-Mart, established in 1962, is one of the largest organizations in terms of company valuation and share prices.
It is the largest grocery seller in the United States, having a computed market share of approximately 20%.
It dispenses almost every product that the consumer wants in everyday life and hence targets a wide diversity of the community.
The company achieved a total profit of $482 billion in the year 2016.Wal-Mart had 11,368 retail stores in 27 countries by the year 2019.
Wal-Mart values culture above all other principles. It aims to deliver excellent services to the customer, a positive and productive work environment for the employees to achieve enhanced performance from the work community. It also focuses on enhancing socialization between the employees, which would help in molding the fundamental values of the management of the organization.

Describe the intervention and why change is necessary
Many employees commented on the company's low pay. They call this inhumane treatment of hard-working employees who have contributed to the success of the organization.
They believe that the salaries of lower-level employees, especially new employees, are much lower than those of other companies.
Because wages are lower than work and hard labor, employees become discouraged and work poorly, which ultimately leads to a decline in the overall level of the organization and lowers productivity and profitability.
Except for an employee who has worked as a software engineer for about a year, his rating is higher than average. Now he wants to move to the position of the senior analyst in the marketing department in the last three months.

Despite Wal-Mart being one of the largest retail organizations, there is a need to implement organizational changes in the company.
The growth rate of sales of Wal-Mart has been observed to reduce lately, accredited due to a decrease in retail shopping by the user community.
Wal-Mart has a high dependency on china for mass production, making the organization more endangered to changes in currency rates.
There has also been a complaint about offering low payments to the employees.

The company should make some changes in the emoluments for the employees, as they are the frontline community who develop and manage the products and not providing enough attention to them could affect company’s outcomes.
Wal-Mart should consider some significant organizational changes as the company is also facing legal actions for discrimination against females in the workplace.
At the moment, as my change agent, Walmartis calling for a change in the human resource process and to some extent its skill. We also use the diagnostic models to classify areas of concern in the organization. Among all of the diagnostic models, one of us is the use of astructuralmodel.

Reduce the yield and effectiveness of the Walmart group management within the organization and have made several changes, such as reducing costs, improving sales, finding new sources of revenue, and marketing operations.
Any of the internal change within the organization brings the crisis to the company. Consequently, they were forced to deal with the crisis as soon as possible to overcome the crisis. Any discovery can increase the output of the organization or increase the company’s costs and reduce its performance. Changes related to human resources and workforce to initiate attrition as well as retain talented workers within the organization.
