Overview:

Reflection is a tool for contemporary professional practice. The purpose of this assignment is to enable students to reflect on their development and capacity to innovate across changing organisational environments and future-oriented work roles, and of their professional capacity to lead and participate in sustainable business change. The reflection should demonstrate individual insights into the application of Design Thinking as a method for developing innovative solutions for problem solving and your engagement in the group project assignment process. You need to use the user feedback received for the prototyped solution and propose improvements to improve user desirability, technical viability and business feasibility. There is no specific format required for the critical reflection paper. It should draw on academic sources and utilise the Harvard WSU method of referencing.

The business problem that the group focused on was mainly the lack of motivation and also the mindset. Individuals are not at all engaged in the discussions and one of the major reasons behind this is the lack of motivation and also the mindset. 2.
It is needless to say that design thinking is an extremely beneficial method especially when an innovative solution is developed. For example, in the case of the group assignment that we did like the major problem of the students during the pandemic was identified such as they are failing classes because of the high level of anxiety, stress, and confusion and after identifying the problem innovative solution was proposed accordingly with the help of design thinking. However, while designing the solution we considered the following limitations, benefits, and challenges.
Limitations:
· Design thinking is a process that demands and requires the direct involvement of the users who must be put in a position for making their contribution.
· The application of this particular method for designing digital solutions might conflict with the restrictions that are provided by integrations with systems
· The duration of the project is also quite long and a lighter version can be always taken into consideration for limited purposes only such as idea generation. For example, for designing this solution although we did not take much time but for making it...
