It applies to individuals with responsibility for coordinating a range of human resource services across an organisation. They may have staff reporting to them. Understanding your results The great thing with competency based training is that you either deemed 'competent' (you can demonstrate the required skills and knowledge) or 'not yet competent' (at this time you haven't been able to demonstrate required skills or knowledge). The key word is "YET”. Your trainer will provide you with feedback on your assessments so that you know what you have done well in your assessment and what you need to improve upon or fix. An "NYC" result does not mean that you have failed and that is it - you have the opportunity to try again. It could be that one question in your assessment was deemed not yet satisfactory and this is the only question that will require review. Answer 1. I would support the agreed change processes across the organization for preventing conflict between the employees and the organization. Human resource needs to play the role of delivering the goal behind the change program to the employees to implement it effectively and the leader also needs to maintain healthy relations

For supporting the change they need make proper project management for the change, should ensure that employees are communicated about the change and should also be given the details of importance of bringing that change in organization. The human resource department needs to redeploy, need to develop the individual needs, bring in development in skills of employees, and ensure the staffing is as per requirement and make changes in the policies as it is their responsibility towards implementation of change [footnoteRef:2]. As they are involved in the change process from the initial stage to the effective implementation by advising the leaders associated with change for checking the skills required for the project are available, measuring the impact of change, needs to balance both short and strategic goals, helping the employees in coping up with change and understanding the concerns of the employees by having proper communication. Answer 2. To ensure personal behavior to be consistently ethical and to reflect organization’s value they should have code of ethics in their mission, privacy, vision procedures and culture. The management needs to determine for supporting the ethics of the organization and the leaders should direct the team members on implementing the work. The ethical conduct should be easily understood, clearly communicated and should be accessible to all the employees. There should be consistent reinforcement of the issues of ethics by discussing them at the meetings and if not followed the consequences should also be communicated [footnoteRef:3]. To motivate the employees they should also provide them with rewards for support which would also bring in positivity from recognition. Moreover, the feedback to the employees would also do wonders as it would allow them to do better by taking the feedback positively.
