The ultimate objective is to ensure a comprehensive understanding of these concepts, facilitating their practical implementation in daily business operations.    Outline for Training Presentation on Ethics and Compliance  · Introduction   · · Definition of ethics and compliance   · Importance of ethics and compliance in the corporate world  · Ethics and Compliance: Understanding the Connection   · · The importance of ethics in decision-making   · Compliance as a method to implement ethical guidelines   · Ethical Performance concerning corporate reputation   ·  The Demand for Greater Transparency   · · The role of transparency in ethics and compliance  · Impact of social media on transparency and corporate reputation   · Case study on the consequences of unethical practices  · Embedding an Ethical Culture in an Organization  · · Conforming to regulations   · Leadership's role in promoting an ethical culture  · An environment that encourages and instills confidence and trust  · Effective Communication of Ethical Policies  · · Importance of regular and focused training sessions   · Channels to raise ethical standards   · Senior management's role in reflecting principles of integrity and responsibility  · Focus on Anti-Corruption Efforts   · · Zero-tolerance policies on corruption and fraud   · Reporting channels for suspected fraud or violations   · Training staff on policies preventing conflicts of interest, bribery, and other forms of corruption   · Conclusion  · · Recap of key points    · The role of ethics and compliance in safeguarding corporate reputation  · Encouragement for active participation in ethical and compliant behavior     References:  Gelinas, L., Pierce, R., Winkler, S., Cohen, I.
