Effective communication via phone advertisement
It is a well-known fact that mobile advertisements are almost 35% more effective when contrasted with internet ads. However, in this case, the phone advertisement was effective because of the following reasons. Firstly, the sender of the message set a friendly tone at beginning of transmitting the message so it acted as one of the most significant tools for making this communication effective. It was also quite engaging between the sender and the receiver. This immediate engagement was easy and practical. In other words, the inflection and tone let me (recipient) understand the attitude and intentions of the communicator. Furthermore, making the words that are communicated by the sender receive more effectively (Shareef et al., 2017).
Secondly, it also used less content for making the entire communication process effective. Furthermore, the sender also used pictures with a simple headline as well as 1-2 lines concerning the follow-up text. It directly communicated the intentions of the sender distinctly so the communication was quite transparent.
Face-to-face communication is another name for effective communication
The second mode of communication is face-to-face communication for payment request and it was effective because of some of the main reasons. An ex-employee of my organization didn't receive his dues so he decided to communicate via face-to-face communication. He was formally dressed and the tone set by him during this mode of communication was passive. Firstly, he used the passive communication in this mode of communication for developing a pattern in terms of avoiding expressing his feelings as well as identifying and meeting their needs. Secondly, he made a proper eye-contact with the manager that allowed the manager to see how his actions aligned with the words and enhanced his credibility.
