For any invention to be patentable, it must qualify certain criteria as follows
1. The invention sh
ould not be published earlier before the date of filing application for patent- It is called Novelity (Sateesh, 2007).
2. It should be technical, non obvious, and useful for the public(Sateesh, 2007).
