Hello, my name is Marcus McCall, and my career is marked with a consistent record of top work performance in building candidate pipelines and managing the entire hiring and selection process combined with an administrative and general Human Resources background, including over seven years of recruiting for the Texas Army National Guard. I have a proven record of accomplishment in motivating staff members and building key competencies to achieve set milestones. I have a track record of helping organizations identify strengths/weaknesses, quickly find value, and develop insights to achieve a competitive advantage. I am an outstanding communicator, problem solver, and cross-functional liaison with the ability to learn and leverage new HR tools and processes quickly. I am skilled in researching and identifying candidate skills, intellect, knowledge, motivation, and priorities with the ability to correctly match candidates to positions. I am currently enrolled in a doctoral program in organizational leadership. Hello, Class; my name is Marcus McCall. I’m from Dallas, TX, and I look forward to the weekly interaction. I received my BBA in Management from Northwood University, and I earned my MBA from Ashford University in Human Resources. I’m in the Doctoral program- Organizational Development and Leadership, and I look forward to the challenge. I currently work as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for Boeing. I also serve ten years in the military between the Marine Corps and Army Reserves. My time in the military has allowed me to travel to different places and work on my leadership skills. I'm excited to learn new processes that I can incorporate into my daily responsibilities as I gain more leadership responsibilities.
