APPLICATION OF OM STRATEGY DECISION
Design of Goods & Services are made in such a way that maximizes the overall experience. A warm welcome by a sta

At the first Hard Rock Café, the wait staff were females over 35 years old to give that warmth of services and like wise to increase the table spends with upselling techniques like UPSELL, EXTRA CHEESE and Rock Shop souvenirs tagging them as “Collectibles” to “Top Up The Sale”. Quality Managing is a very tedious process of ensuring right brands of products and correct yield of recipes for In-House Prep is being Done. Operation Manager has to do two Line-Checks a day where they take temperatures and do a quality check. The brand of approved products is being listed at Receiving Department to ensure no compromise on quality. The process and capacity design is done in the ration of 70:30 where 70% of space is designed for Front Of the House and 30% for Back of The House to ensure maximum profitability. The 70% stage has few indispensable categories like Memorabila , Stage for live music and a 30 to 70 feet bar in the proportion of space to have central feel to the lounge. The lounge has a dedicated smoking zone followed by a different zone named after Rock Star and their memorabilia placed in those sections for immediate connect to rock fans. The design would have a dimly lit dinner lights and a bright lunch light with a mandatory DJ station placed at a height and a live dance performed by the team on a very famous song called “YMCA” by “Village Boys”.
