Task 1: Creating a Research Planand outline



Due Friday, Feb. 22nd--Task #1 -10 points



  • Read chapter 45, "Developing a Research Plan". in the Norton Field Guide. (Pay special attention to pages 435-441).

  • Write one or two research questions (see pp. 439-440) for your topic. A research question is the central question/s you will attempt to answer through the research you will conduct in this essay.

  • Write your tentative thesis for your essay (see pp 440-441).

  • Develop a formal outline that demonstrates how you plan to organize your Proposing a Change Research essay. (See pp. 293-295)
