Define race, ethnicity, and minority groups and discuss the differences between them.  Racial minorities are under-represented in several sports, such a tennis, golf, and hockey. Suppose you are a city recreation director and charged with increasing the racial diversity among the participants of all sports and activities at the recreation center.
