It has come to our attention that there has been rise in the number of issues largely due to ineffective professional communication among employees in our organization. After considering extensive feedback from our employees from different departments, we at Data Solutions would like to emphasize upon the importance of internal communication for organization future.

It is important to apprise employees about the value of internal communication because just taking a decision is not enough, it is equally important to dissipate decisions clearly, to all the stakeholders. A small difference in the language of professional emails due to our neglect may misinform recipients about the intended message can create problems for the organization.

Internal communication is the transfer of information between employees of all levels and parts of an organization. Communication skill whether written or in verbal form forms the basis for any business activity, especially for large company like Data Solutions. It helps to ensure that all the members of an organization are working collectively towards a common goal.
Good decision-making means nothing if the information about the decisions are not dissipated effectively to all the stakeholders. This is done through various channels such as employee intranet, emails, notices, newsletters, meetings among other. As stated by Karanges, Johnston, Beatson, and Lings (2015), effective internal communication creates a cooperative and cohesive culture and empowers employee to make the correct decision in harmony with organization’s goals, which in turn improves productivity and efficiency.
Generally, employees overlook the importance of communicating within an organization, as everyone is busy with their scheduled work. It is these neglected areas like writing unprofessional emails due to paucity of time or not communicating well with different concerned departments at other location or not propagating decisions within team members, which have the potential to undo all the labour or hard work done in our job.
