Differences between adult and child learners
1. Adult learners already have some sor
t of experience, as a result, when a learning session will be provided to adult learner, they will try to connect that learning with their own experience (Kellenberg, Schmidt & Werner, 2017). In case they able to connect it properly their learning experience become more effective. If an adult, unable to connect the real-life events with the provided learning, then the learning experience will be different. While child learners are completely new to a learning process. Child leaders do not try to connect anything with their experience as a result, the understanding received by child learners is completely based on their own learning capability.
