the course topic. Please answer the below questions:
1. Define, without any pre-reading, how you understand Strategic Human
Resource Management. What does it mean? What kind of things it
covers? What is its relevance to an organization?
o Draw a mind-map (max 1 powerpoint -slide) or write your answer (max ½
Word-page) – whatever you like the best.
2. Read the learning materials in Module 1. What were the key learning
points for you? Describe at least 3 things and explain, why you choose
them (describe also, if you did not learn anything and explain the reason
for that).
