The subject of gender equality has received a lot of attention in intellectual literature and the mainstream media. Gender equality is an essential moral value that should be observed by all members of the community in any democratic society. It is feasible to apply the main concepts of each ethical theory to the topic of gender parity in order to determine which ethical theory gives the most satisfying moral solution to the issue and which ethical theory provides the least agreeable moral answer to the issue. There are a variety of ethical theories that may be applied to the problem of gender equality. Utilitarianism, virtue ethics, and feminine theory are the three theories that will be explored in this study (Palomares-Ruiz, et al.).
It is feasible to find the most powerful ethical theory that may be applied to address the issue of equality for women by considering the major concepts of various ethical theories. Feminine theory captures fundamental moral truths in regard to gender equality since it emphasizes the need of addressing women's rights while also giving moral and ethical guidance. When compared to utilitarianism and virtue ethics, this theory provides the most satisfying moral response to the question of gender equality.
