This week’s assigned resources introduced ideas around leadership styles and effective leadership. As you prepare to become a leader in your field it’s important for you to understand your personal leadership style. Everyone has areas of strength; these are often reflected our patterns of behavior, the things we choose to do, the types of meetings and interactions we prefer, and the way we tackle a challenge.

You may have taken personality quizzes, a strength-finder quiz, or other assessment with varying results. For this discussion board, first complete the free version of theHigh 5 test

.You do not need to pay for the full report.This test is based on the latest research in the field of positive psychology and aligns with other researchers in the field. Although you not asked to do this for the class, you also have the option of asking others to assess your strengths with this tool.

Then, for your initial post (due on Day 3), share your results. Additionally, address if you believe that these strengths reflect what you know about yourself. Explain how the results do or do not align with what you believe about yourself. Your initial post should beat least 350 words and should reference at least two different academic sources.
