Thinking of your workplace, why is it important to turn out a high quantity of work?
Working in hospitality and service industry it is very essential that there is turnout of high quantity of work since it is a volume-based business. More is the quantity more profitable is the business. For instance, one of my aim was to know how to take customer’s order into system via IPad app and repeat to confirm their orders. Comprehending the internal software used for placing the order, cancelling the order, calling the customer to confirm as well as cross-selling product. This helped in handling high quantity of work and efficiency increased.

Adhering to quality standard is very important since we are constantly dealing with customers and if there is even slightest miss it can create bad publicity and result in loss of good will along with customer. For instance, one of my aim was to understand how to attend the assigned customers and provide them with satisfactory assistance, in a courteous mannerism while also ensuring the order of beverage in accordance of the suggestion.
