Introduction
    Currently, I am pursuing masters of business information system. I had pursued this course study because I wanted to become entrepreneur. I had experienced working in the sales department for the IT product. The vision behind choosing this course study is to improve my business skills. Till now, I had been introduced with two modules in my course study. The topics covered in these modules allowed me to learn very important aspect of the successful conduction of the business.
Reflective analysis of the course module
    Module one and module two cover the topics which are the base for the conduction of the business. The topics which had been covered in module one is management and motivation. The module two consists of topics communication and coping with the change. Under the management topic, I had learnt the very important topic, which is structure of the organization. As assessed by Nicolini and Korica (2018), learning of the management and its structure is necessary to understand the mechanism of the working of organization so that I can understand how to handle people working at different post and the structure need to be formed by me so that I can run a successful business. As noted by Kono (2016), organizational structure is necessary for the proper working of the business which includes active role of the management. This module teaches me about the role of management and challenges faced by managers in the field. It also teaches me about organization behavior and qualitative analysis of the data.
