Introduction
This report assesses the Human resources practice of Google. The purpose of selecting Google as my assessment is that it is one of the leading companies in the digital era. It has a huge workforce of about a million, which is a challenge to manage. This paper will discuss the human resource practices of the organization and the changes they could bring into it.

Even though Google has incredible management, there are inborn difficulties and traps in its human resource practices. The aspirants have criticized heavily on the slow process of their screening, recruitment and selection in the company.
