Our job as an analyst is to get some insights from the data set of Food Report 2019 – Confectionary and make a suitable report that will help a new start up confectioner to run his business smoothly and make a huge profit while producing high end chocolates and pralines.
First, we will analyse the data of China:
From the above three plots, we can see that the total revenue is increases year by year. The increase is appearing to be in a linear pattern. Also, the revenue for confectionary has very slow start but it increased after year 2015. It is predicted that the revenue on confectionary will be around $61 billon in 2023. Thus, the compound annual growth rate for confectionary will be 6.9%.
